Identity rules

  • Entity type is one of Fund, Feeder fund, SPV, Management company, Carry vehicle, General partner, or Other entity.
  • Entity code uses CC-XXXX: two uppercase country letters, a hyphen, and four uppercase letters.
  • One legal identity cannot be recreated under a conflicting entity type in the same organization.
