Find and inspect an entity
Choose an organization, search its entity register, and inspect details, connected features, and ownership.
Find a legal entity in the intended organization and verify the records connected to it.
Before you begin
You need an Infra One account and membership in the intended organization. Have at least one reliable identifier, such as legal name, entity code, country, or registration number.
Find the entity
- Open
https://entities.infra.one. - If Select an organization appears, choose the organization whose register you need.
- Open All entities, or choose the expected type such as Funds, SPVs, or General partners.
- Use Search entities….
- If necessary, filter by Type, Status, or Country. A type-specific page already fixes Type.
- Select the matching entity name.
Check both legal name and entity type before proceeding. Two organizations can contain similarly named entities, and the URL’s organization slug controls the register in view.
Inspect the record
- On Entity details, review identity, source, registration, contact, status, and verification values.
- Open Connected features and confirm the expected investment accounts, managed vehicles, bank accounts, document sets, and managers.
- Open Ownership structure and review the shareholdings. Use Unfold all when the structure is nested.
- If you need a machine-readable copy of the connections, use Download connected features.
Success check
The entity detail page shows the expected legal identity and type, and its connected features and ownership structure agree with the organization’s authoritative records.
Troubleshooting
- No organization is selected: use the organization gate. Entities otherwise shows No organization selected.
- The organization is missing: confirm membership and the signed-in account.
- No result appears: clear filters, use All entities, and search a shorter part of the legal name.
- The expected connection is absent: confirm that the source fund, account, bank, document, or manager record is linked to this legal entity.
- Ownership says “No shareholdings”: no shareholding rows are currently connected to the entity; it is not a statement that the entity has no legal owners outside Infra One.
