How-toCustomer journeys

Apply to an Allocator One program

Move from the public program page through authentication, organization selection, application completion, and a verified submission.

This journey starts on the public Apply page and ends with a Submitted program application in the intended organization.

Before you begin

You need:

  • a current program accepting applications;
  • a confirmed Infra One account;
  • a Member or Admin role in the submitting organization, with manage_onboarding_application; a Guest role does not qualify;
  • authority to provide the organization’s application answers and documents;
  • the required fund information and one PDF pitch deck.

If you need help from another person, confirm that they may join the organization. Apply collaboration uses organization membership, not a one-application share.

Apply to the program

  1. Open https://apply.infra.one.
  2. Confirm the program heading, deadline, interview timing, and latest feedback date.
  3. Select Apply for program name.
  4. Sign in or register, then confirm your account when requested.
  5. Select the intended organization. If it is missing, accept its organization invitation and verify that your role is Member or Admin before proceeding.
  6. Select Start application. This action creates a Started record immediately.
  7. Complete the seven question and upload sections. Use Save & exit whenever you need to stop and Continue application when you return.
  8. To involve another approved organization member, select Add collaborator, invite their email address, and wait for them to accept the organization invitation.
  9. Open Review your application. Resolve every section named in the incomplete warning and use Edit to correct answers.
  10. Select Submit application.

While the new record remains Started, current organization memberships, including guests, can receive automatic reminders 10 and 2 days before the deadline. Pending invitations are excluded.

Success check

Apply shows Your application has been submitted and returns to the organization home. The application card shows Submitted with View application and Edit application.

Open View application and confirm the program, submission time, and sectioned answers are present. Do not use a screenshot of the application record as proof when it would expose private answers or documents.

Troubleshooting

If no program is open, do not continue through an old organization route. The current program is defined by its application start and deadline.

If the organization is missing or access is denied, verify account confirmation, invitation acceptance, and a Member or Admin organization role. A Guest membership does not provide Apply access.

If submission returns to an earlier section, complete the first missing section and every item in the review warning, then submit again.

If an upload fails or the application is unexpectedly read-only, use Troubleshoot Apply.
