Accept or reject membership invitations
Review an organization or investment-account membership invitation, settle it as the intended recipient, and verify the resulting access.
The Settings Invitations page lets the signed-in recipient accept or reject organization and investment-account membership invitations. Fund, secondary, signatory, and other token-based invitations keep their own journeys and do not appear here.
Before you begin
Sign in with the confirmed account that received the invitation. Check the entity name, invitation purpose, inviter when shown, and date before making a decision.
Steps
- Open
https://settings.infra.one/app/users/invitationsor select Invitations under Personal settings. - Find the pending row under Invitations.
- Read whether it says Join organization, Join investment account, or Co-manage investment account.
- To join, select Accept.
- To decline, select Reject, then confirm Reject invitation.
- Wait for Accepted the invitation or Rejected the invitation.
- After accepting, find the entity under Memberships and use Open to verify the granted destination.
An organization invitation uses the role selected by its administrator. An investment-account invitation uses the account role assigned by its sender. Accepting does not broaden access beyond that membership and its grants.
Success check
An accepted invitation disappears from the pending list and appears as a membership row. A rejected invitation disappears without creating membership. If no invitations remain, the page says You have no pending invitations.
Troubleshooting
- That invitation is no longer available. means another tab, the sender, or a previous action already settled the row. Reload the page.
- A disabled Reject with Cannot remove the last recipient of a notification topic protects an investment account whose notification topic has no other recipient.
- The same last-recipient rule disables Leave for an established investment-account membership. Add or assign another recipient before rejecting the invitation or leaving the membership.
- An investment-account member cannot leave while they are the last active signatory in any signatory group. Assign a replacement signatory first. If a stale row returns Could not leave account, reload Invitations and verify the owner, notification-recipient, and signatory-group requirements before retrying; the message does not name the affected group.
- If the intended row is absent, confirm the signed-in email and finish account confirmation. Pending email-addressed memberships are bound when account ownership is confirmed.
- This page does not show fund or secondary opportunities. Follow their product-specific invitation link instead.
- If an accepted membership opens the wrong destination, verify its Type and Role under Memberships.
