Talent portal overview
Understand the applicant-only portal for applying to Infra One organization jobs and following submitted applications.
Talent portal is the applicant side of Hiring. It lets an applicant verify an email address, complete an application for a published job, and follow applications submitted with that applicant account.
Talent portal and the authenticated Infra One platform use separate sign-in sessions. Being signed in as an organization member does not sign you in as an applicant, and registering as an applicant does not add organization membership or create an investment relationship.
What applicants can do
After signing in, an applicant can use:
- Home to see the newest three submitted applications;
- Applications to list and open submitted applications;
- Profile to see the email address associated with the applicant account;
- Settings to sign out.
The current Profile is intentionally limited to the account email. Personal details, a LinkedIn URL, availability, expected compensation, and documents are collected for each application rather than maintained as a reusable profile.
How access begins
An applicant usually starts with Apply now or Apply on a published job. Talent portal keeps that job context while it asks a signed-out applicant for an email address and a six-digit verification code. A returning applicant with a valid Talent session goes directly to the application wizard.
Someone who opens Talent portal without a job context can select Sign in to Talent portal and land on Home.
What appears in Applications
Only submitted applications appear in Applications. A saved in-progress application remains attached to the applicant and job so the wizard can continue while the job remains Published, but it is not presented as a submitted application.
An application detail translates the Hiring pipeline into applicant-facing language such as Submitted, In review, and In process. Compact cards on Home and Applications use Submitted for a new application and otherwise show the Hiring pipeline label.
Security and ownership
Verification codes expire and stop working after repeated incorrect attempts. Applicant pages always check that the signed-in applicant owns the requested application. Signing out of Talent portal ends the applicant session without signing out an existing Infra One platform session.
