Troubleshoot Profiles
Resolve organization selection, profile access, edit, collaborator, enrichment, search, and export problems.
Start with the organization in the URL, then check profile-level access and the action’s required role.
Profiles asks for an organization
At profiles.infra.one, choose an organization in Select an organization. If none is selected, the shell shows No organization selected and Select an organization to start managing your profiles.
If the intended organization is absent, confirm membership and that you used the correct Infra One account.
A listed profile will not open
Profile lists are organization-wide, but detail pages are collaborator-controlled. A member without Viewer-or-higher access can find a record and still be denied when selecting it.
Use the access-denied dialog to identify an access granter. Ask for Viewer, Editor, or Full access, according to the work you need to do.
Edit or Manage access is missing
The full Edit and Manage access pages require Full access or administrator access. An Editor can update supported company fields inline but cannot use those full-access routes. A Viewer can only read the profile.
A collaborator change cannot be saved
Profiles protects the final full-access collaborator. If you see a last-owner error, first assign Full access to another organization member, save, and then retry the downgrade or removal.
Enrich is missing or produces no usable update
- Confirm that you have edit access for the surface.
- For a company, confirm that a suitable website is present.
- For a person, confirm that a suitable email is present.
- Review the enrichment preview before confirming it.
- Do not treat enrichment as authoritative without checking the source and changed fields.
Search returns no result
- Confirm Company profiles, Person profiles, or Fund profiles matches the record type.
- Clear filters and saved board selection.
- Search with a shorter, distinctive part of the name.
- Confirm the organization slug.
An empty search does not prove that a similarly named record exists in another profile type or organization.
An export is denied or incomplete
Single-profile downloads require Viewer-or-higher access. Bulk list exports require organization membership rather than profile-level Viewer access; check the active search, filters, profile type, and organization before downloading again. Keep exported profile data in an approved location.
When to escalate
Provide the organization slug, profile type, profile name, URL path, expected action, actual message, and your collaborator role. Do not attach an unrestricted export or confidential profile data to an ordinary support request.
