How-toProfiles

Find and open a profile

Choose an organization, search company, person, or fund profiles, and confirm that you can open the intended record.

Find a record in your organization’s Profiles workspace and open its details.

Before you begin

You need an Infra One account and membership in the intended organization. To open a specific profile, you must be its Viewer, Editor, or Full access collaborator unless you are an organization or global administrator.

Open Profiles

  1. Open https://profiles.infra.one.
  2. If Select an organization appears, choose the organization whose profiles you need.
  3. Use the sidebar to open Company profiles, Person profiles, or Fund profiles.

The organization slug appears in the URL. For example, company profiles use https://profiles.infra.one/your-organization-slug/profiles/companies.

Search and open a record

  1. Use Search company profiles…, Search person profiles…, or Search fund profiles….
  2. Enter a distinctive name or other identifying text.
  3. Select the matching record.
  4. For a company, review the details sidebar and select View profile to open the complete record.
  5. Confirm the displayed organization, name, and profile type before using or changing the information.

If you can see a company in the list but lack profile access, Profiles opens an access-denied dialog instead of the record and identifies people who can grant access.

Success check

The intended profile opens and shows its detail sections. The URL contains the correct organization slug and the correct companies, persons, or funds path.

Troubleshooting

  • No organization is selected: choose an organization in the gate. Without one, Profiles shows No organization selected.
  • The organization is missing: confirm that you are a member of it and signed in with the intended account.
  • A result will not open: ask a listed access granter or a profile full-access collaborator to add you. Organization administrators can also open the record.
  • Profiles says “Profile not found”: check the copied link and organization. The record may have been removed or belong to a different organization.
  • Profiles says “You are not authorized to access this page”: your membership or profile collaborator role does not cover that route.
