Troubleshoot Dealflow
Resolve Dealflow rollout, permissions, stale Kanban moves, pipeline, pass-decision, and browser-state problems.
Dealflow returns not found
Confirm that you are signed in, belong to the organization in the URL, and have an organization-level or per-user dealflow_service rollout. A route cannot bypass the live rollout and membership checks.
A Kanban card moves back
The visual move is not authoritative until the server accepts it. Dealflow rejects a card move when the deal or stages are outside the organization, the source stage is stale, or the transition fails validation. Reload Deals, inspect the current column, and repeat only if the move is still correct.
Table or Kanban opens with unexpected fields
The signed-in browser persists layout, table fields and widths, Kanban fields, and whether empty card fields are shown. Use the layout or field picker to restore the intended view. Also inspect the URL for search, filter, sort, or layout parameters that may override a bare-route view.
Pipeline settings are missing
Only an organization admin can configure Pipeline and Decision emails. Ordinary members can create and manage deals but cannot change shared pipeline structure or outbound email templates.
A stage cannot be deleted
If the stage contains deals, choose a different stage under Move deals to. Confirm that the destination’s Kind preserves the intended decision meaning before selecting Delete stage.
Pass deal fails
Enter the required Reason and confirm that the pipeline contains at least one Passed-kind stage. If no such stage exists, an admin must add or correct one under Pipeline settings.
A pass reason disappeared
Moving a deal out of a passed stage clears its pass reason and Revisit on date by design. Use Activity to confirm the stage history and record any follow-up in the organization’s approved workflow.
Search deals with AI has no result
AI search queries available profiles, facts, and documents rather than merely matching the visible deal name. Confirm the query is non-empty and that approved intelligence data exists for the deal. Use Search deals… for straightforward browser filtering.
