Review and add periodic reports
Open an organization’s periodic-report browser, review existing reporting, and create a draft report with source documents.
Use Periodic reports to find an organization’s reporting records and add a source-document set when a report is missing.
Before you begin
You need a signed-in Infra One account and a membership in the intended organization. To create a report, prepare at least one source file and know whether it belongs to a Fund, Portfolio fund, or Portfolio company.
The selected subject must belong to the current organization. A platform fund must also have a reporting frequency before it appears in the report subject search.
The local upload control accepts up to 20 files at a time, with a maximum size of 250 MB per file.
Review existing reports
- Open
https://insights.infra.one. - If prompted, choose the organization in the organization selector.
- Open Periodic reports.
- Use Search by fund or company… or filter by Source, Status, or Type.
- Select a report name to open its reporting period, source, documents, extracted insights, and available report actions.
The default browser shows Name, Source, Status, Year, Reporting period, and Created. You can use the field picker to show other available columns.
Create a draft report
- From Periodic reports, select Create new report. You can also open Manual import in the sidebar.
- Choose Fund type: Fund, Portfolio fund, or Portfolio company.
- Search for and select the report subject.
- For a Portfolio fund or Portfolio company, choose Reporting frequency. A Fund inherits the reporting frequency configured on that fund and does not show this control.
- Choose Year and Period.
- Add at least one file under Documents.
- Select Save.
- On Manage report documents, review the imported files. Add, create, or remove documents as needed, then select Save changes for the remaining form fields and return to the report.
Document add, create, remove, and restore actions persist immediately on this page. Cancel only leaves the page; it does not undo those document changes.
The new report is created as Draft. Insights warns if a document with identical contents already exists in another report in the same organization, but the warning does not silently delete either report.
Success check
Insights reports Created the report, opens the report’s document step, and the new Draft appears in Periodic reports for the selected subject and period.
Troubleshooting
- The organization selector does not list the workspace: confirm that your current account has an organization membership.
- The subject search has no match: check the selected Fund type and organization. Platform funds without a reporting frequency are not offered.
- Save reports “Upload at least one file”: add a local or supported cloud file before saving.
- The report already exists for that subject and period: choose the existing report or correct the year, frequency, or period. Each subject can have only one report for the same period.
- A file is reported as a possible duplicate: compare the source material with the other organization report before continuing.
