Review collected responses
Use the summary and individual response views, inspect uploaded answers, and export submitted form data.
This guide verifies that a published or closed form has collected the expected submissions and gives you a reviewable export.
Before you begin
You need organization-admin permission to manage forms. The form must be Published or Closed before response actions appear. Only submitted responses are included; an in-progress draft response is not an administrative submission.
Response data and uploaded files can contain personal or confidential information. Download them only to an approved location.
Open the response workspace
- Open
https://forms.infra.one/your-organization-slug/forms. - Find the form by title, or filter Status to Published or Closed.
- Select the number in Responses, or open the row menu and select View responses.
The response workspace opens on Summary.
Review the summary
- Confirm the Responses total.
- Review each question card. Choice questions aggregate their submitted values; other question types show the corresponding answer summary.
- For file questions, follow an attachment link only when the file is expected and safe to open.
- Select Individual to compare complete submissions.
Inspect an individual submission
- In Individual, select a value in the Submitted column.
- Confirm the respondent label and submission time in the side panel.
- Read the answers by section. A blank value can mean the question was optional, skipped, or hidden by conditional logic.
- Close the panel to return to the response table.
- Use the field picker when you need selected question answers as table columns.
Export responses
- Use the response table’s download action, or return to Forms and choose Download responses (CSV) from the row menu.
- Store the CSV in an approved location with access appropriate to its contents.
- Compare the exported row count with the Responses total.
Success check
The Summary total, Individual list, and CSV row count agree. A sampled submission shows the expected question labels and answer values, and any downloaded attachment belongs to that response.
Troubleshooting
- If response actions are absent, the form may still be Draft or your account may lack form-management permission.
- If No responses yet appears, verify that respondents reached the published form and completed submission rather than only saving progress.
- If a question is blank for one respondent, check whether it was optional or conditionally hidden before treating the export as incomplete.
- If an attachment download is denied, confirm you are still signed in to the correct organization and have form-management permission.
