Troubleshoot Recommend
Resolve incomplete Recommend links, sign-in prompts, missing forms, validation errors, duplicates, and absent history.
Recommend has one organization-specific page. Start troubleshooting with the exact link and the account state shown in the header.
The form does not open
Check that the URL is https://recommend.infra.one/<org-slug>. The bare host has no form route, and an unknown slug cannot resolve an organization.
Request the original Recommend link from the organization instead of guessing or changing its slug.
The page shows Log in instead of fields
This is the expected anonymous state. Select Log in and authenticate with the account that should be named as the recommender. The sign-in flow returns to the same organization path.
You do not need membership in that organization. If you are signed in but still see only the prompt, verify the active account and reload the complete Recommend link.
The form rejects a row
Every GP row requires First name, Last name, and a valid Email. After a failed submission, Recommend preserves the entered rows and shows field errors.
- Email format is invalid. — correct the address syntax.
- Fix the highlighted fields before submitting — inspect every GP row for a missing or invalid value.
- Please check the forms for errors before submitting. — correct the row-level errors before retrying.
Do not replace a real address with a fake variation merely to pass validation.
The GP was already recommended
You have already recommended this person. means the normal duplicate check found that the current signed-in recommender already submitted that email. The check follows the recommender, not just the organization link, but simultaneous submissions are not protected by a database uniqueness constraint.
Confirm whether the earlier introduction is still valid. Recommend does not expose it in a customer history, so contact the organization through an approved channel if confirmation is needed.
Add GP or Remove GP is missing
Add GP disappears after the tenth row. A remove control appears only when at least two rows exist; the form always retains one row.
A successful submission is not listed
Recommend intentionally has no customer recommendation list. A successful submission reports Sent the recommendations and resets the form after committing the records and attempting email delivery. The message does not confirm receipt. Do not look for a deal browser or status dashboard under the Recommend host.
