How-toExplorer
Discover and open a fund
Search Marketplace, request access when needed, and browse an accessible fund portfolio from My funds.
Discover a fund in Marketplace and open its portfolio when your account has access.
Before you begin
You need a signed-in Infra One account. To open a restricted portfolio, you also need organization membership, an eligible investment, a fund invitation, or an approved access request. Open funds are available to any authenticated user.
Find the fund
- Open
https://explorer.infra.one. - Select Marketplace.
- Use Search funds… and, when useful, the Vehicle type filter.
- Select the fund card’s star to Add to favorites if you want it under Favorites.
- Use the action shown on the fund card:
- select View portfolio when access is already available; or
- select Request access when a Visible fund still requires approval.
Request access
- In Request access, optionally enter Message (optional).
- Do not include confidential information that the fund team does not need to decide the request.
- Select Send request.
- Confirm Sent the access request. The fund team will review your request.
Only one pending access request can exist for the same user and fund. The optional message accepts up to 2,000 characters.
Open the portfolio
- After access exists, open My funds.
- Use Search funds… to find the fund.
- Select View portfolio.
- Use Search companies… or the Fund layer, Country, Growth band, Themes, and Geographies filters.
- Confirm the company cards belong to the intended fund and investment path.
Success check
The fund appears in My funds, View portfolio opens its organization-and-fund route, and portfolio search or filters return the expected closed investment companies.
Troubleshooting
- The fund is absent from Marketplace: it may be Hidden, in a non-marketplace fund state, or unavailable to your account.
- The card shows Request access: Visible means discoverable, not automatically accessible.
- The request cannot be sent: a pending request may already exist. Ask the fund team to review it.
- The fund is absent from My funds: confirm the investment is not cancelled, the invitation matches your account or email, or the access request was approved.
- The portfolio says you are not authorized: sign in with the account that holds the membership, investment, invitation, or approval.
