How-toConversations

Review a meeting in Conversations

Choose a Conversations workspace, find an authorized meeting, and review its transcript, recording, summary, and action items.

This guide finds one meeting you are authorized to open and verifies its available transcript, summary, and action-item state. The review is read-only: it does not request access, generate a summary, change an action item, or start a provider sync.

Before you begin

You need:

  • a signed-in Infra One account with a current non-guest membership in the intended organization;
  • the approved organization and enough meeting information to distinguish the intended record;
  • an existing access path to that meeting through ownership, member attendance, organization visibility, or an explicit share;
  • authorization to view any participant names, transcript text, summary, recording, and action items the meeting contains.

An organization-admin title is not an access path to every private meeting. Use only a meeting you already expect this account to be able to open.

Review the meeting

  1. Open https://conversations.infra.one/.
  2. If Select an organization appears, select Open organization selector and choose the approved organization. When the account has one available organization, Conversations selects it automatically.
  3. Select All meetings. To begin with a narrower set instead, use My meetings, Org meetings, or Shared with me in the sidebar.
  4. In Search title or summary…, enter an approved title fragment or summary term. Open the intended result to review its Transcript, Summary, and Action items. Clear unrelated filters if the expected meeting remains hidden.
  5. In the meetings browser, compare Meeting, Access, Visibility, Type, Participants, Tags, Duration, CRM, Date, and Star as needed. My meetings omits the redundant Access column; Org meetings omits the redundant Visibility column.
  6. Select the intended meeting. A full meeting page opens at /YOUR-ORGANIZATION-SLUG/meetings/MEETING_ID. If This meeting is private appears instead, stop: this account cannot read the meeting content yet.
  7. On Transcript, verify the date and language, then review the available speaker rows and Talk time. Recording appears only when the provider supplied a recording that this account may access. Do not try to obtain a provider recording URL.
  8. Select Summary. Review the current summary, any outline, and Notes. No summary yet. is a valid stored state; do not select Summarize during this read-only review.
  9. Select Action items. Review each task, its open or completed checkbox, and any assignee or due date. No action items yet. Add one or extract them from the meeting. is a valid empty state.
  10. To compare work across meetings without changing it, open Action items in the sidebar and use Search action items… or the Status filter.

Krisp meetings can contain speaker-attributed utterances. Granola meetings do not currently supply that diarization, so the Transcript tab shows No transcript utterances available. and no Talk time for Granola even when it supplied transcript text for other processing.

Success check

The selected route remains /YOUR-ORGANIZATION-SLUG/meetings/MEETING_ID, and the page exposes Transcript, Summary, and Action items rather than the private-meeting request panel. Confirm the expected title and date, then verify either the intended content or the surface’s explicit empty state on every relevant tab.

Reload the page and confirm that the same meeting and tab content remain available. A list row, activity entry, notification, or recording control by itself is not proof that the account can read all meeting content.

Troubleshooting

If no workspace appears, confirm that the account still has a non-guest membership in the organization. Guest organizations are deliberately excluded from Conversations.

If the meeting is missing, clear search and filters, then check My meetings, Org meetings, and Shared with me. A meeting can be available through more than one path, but the access classification uses only its highest-precedence path. At the reviewed revision, only Yours is printed in table cells; a blank Access cell is not proof that the meeting is inaccessible.

If the private-meeting panel appears, do not infer access from an administrator title or from knowing the URL. Follow the access-request workflow in Manage meetings and provider connections only when requesting access is appropriate.

If Recording is absent, the provider may not have supplied one. Conversations intentionally does not expose the provider recording URL. See Troubleshoot Conversations before treating a missing player as an access failure.
