Open and review a private artifact
Open an artifact that you own or that was shared with your account, review its latest version, and choose a viewing theme.
Open a private HTML artifact that your signed-in account owns or has been explicitly granted. Artifacts shows the latest immutable version in an isolated viewer; a copied URL does not grant access.
Before you begin
You need an Infra One account that either owns the artifact or has an active per-user grant. Organization membership, an organization Admin role, and platform-administrator status do not grant access to someone else’s artifact.
Use the exact account named by the person or team that shared the artifact. The customer-facing Artifacts pages contain no control for requesting, adding, or changing grants. Resolve access through the approved private workflow used by the artifact owner.
Treat the artifact, its title, and its URL as private. Do not forward the URL, paste it into a general support channel, or assume that another signed-in account can open it.
Open and review an artifact
- Sign in to Infra One with the account that owns the artifact or received the grant. A signed-out visit follows the standard sign-in flow.
- Open
https://artifacts.infra.one/or use the approved link you received. Artifacts is an org-less private viewer and is not a general app-switcher entry. - Under Your artifacts, find the intended card. A card can show its favicon, title, description, and last-updated date. Select the title to open it.
- Confirm that the viewer heading matches the intended artifact before reading or interacting with the document. The document is rendered inside the page’s isolated frame.
- Choose System, Light, or Dark under Document theme. System applies no explicit theme marker. Light and Dark request the corresponding marker, but the artifact’s own styles determine whether its appearance changes.
- Review only the content you are authorized to use. The viewer can run document-owned interactive scripts inside its sandbox, but the page is still a private document rather than a trusted data-entry workflow. Do not enter credentials, secrets, or customer data into an artifact.
Success check
The viewer shows the expected artifact title, the document appears inside the frame, and one of System, Light, or Dark is selected. The active theme control is visually highlighted and is reported as current to assistive technologies. Reloading requests the latest stored immutable version and rechecks that your account may still view it.
Troubleshooting
A generic not-found page can mean that the account has no visible artifacts, the link is unknown, the grant was revoked, or the artifact has no published content. The response deliberately does not reveal which case applies. Check the signed-in account and use Troubleshoot Artifacts; do not probe alternate URLs.
